Testing
The CSE-96 flame retarded materials have been tested according to a number of applicable Bulgarian, European, American and International standards over several varieties of substrates. The CSE-96 halogen-free flame retardants and the CSE-96 treated materials are biodegradable. They are certified for application in Bulgaria by the Ministry of Health.
The textile materials impregnated with CSE-96Т satisfy the fire test requirements of the Bulgarian, European and International standard BDS EN ISO 6941. The materials impregnated with CSE-96Т for airplanes satisfy the fire test requirements of the European and American Regulations JAR (FAR) § 25.853.
The materials impregnated with CSE-96T satisfy the European railways safety regulations Fiche UIC 564-2.
The wooden materials impregnated with CSE-96 satisfy the fire test requirements of BDS 16359/86 and the German standard DIN 4102 - part 1.
The surface burning characteristics of CSE-96D impregnated Douglas Fir are in conformance with CAN/ULC – S102-03 (similar US test method ASTM E84) and satisfy the building regulations in Canada. The impregnated with CSE-96D wooden flooring satisfy the fire test requirements of BDS EN ISO 11925-2 and BDS EN ISO 9239-1 (Euroclass Bfl-s1). The CSE-96D flame retarded wooden materials obtained class B-s2, d1 for their reaction to fire performance of construction products after testing in accordance with EN 13823:2010.
The impregnated with CSE-96 polysterene satisfy the requirements of BDS ISO 9772:2004. The CSE-96 flame retardants are approved for application in Bulgaria by the Ministry of the Interior under Registrations ПОПСд 10/01.03.2007, ПОПСд 12/01.03.2007, ПОНД 42/20.05.2008, ПОНД 36/08.04.2010, № ПОНД 13/04.04.2012г..
