21.05.2018Interiorprotect Ltd. took part in the conference, held on 3-4 May, 2018 at the National Palace of Culture Sofia ( Bulgaria ). The Directorate – General Joint Research Centre ( DG JRC ) of the European Commission, with the Bulgaria Presidency of the Council of the EU, provided a platform to discuss and commit to place – based innovation as a priority for Europe, with a focus on South – East Europe, including the Western Balkans, and an arena for constructive dialogue between institutions and business. The participants had the opportunity to dig into policy mix, needed to connect actors from business, academia, government and active society. This took place through two parallel streams focusing on the challenges to regional innovation on Smart Specialisation and technology transfer and the digital economy.
