28.11.2017INTERIORPROTECT Ltd., as an innovative company, participated in the employer – workshop under the Horizon 2020 project EURAXIND, ID: 710294. The workshop was held on 23rd November, 2017 at “St. Kliment Ohridski" University, Sofia, Bulgaria. Besides the Bulgarian employers, representatives from UK, Belgium, Spain, Serbia and others took part in the discussions. The main topics of the discussions were about skills and competences an employer is looking for; the difficulties faced in hiring highly qualified specialists and how the employers attract talented specialists in their organizations.
