26.11.2024As an European fire safety professional, Dr. Eng. Lydia Kostova, owner and manager at Interiorprotect Ltd., participated in the European Fire Safety Week ( 18 - 22 November 2024 ). The sixth edition of the European Fire Safety Week (EUFSW24) addressed improving fire safety in Europe and strengthening the implementation of the European Fire Safety Action Plan. During the week, EU decision-makers, academics, researchers, firefighters and other stakeholders discussed about: fire safety and sustainability, strategies and technologies for a safe home environment, implementation of fire and electrical safety measures under the revised Energy Performance of Building Directive and the role of flame retardants in modern society.
