14.12.2021Interiorprotect Ltd. attended online the 17th INSME Annual Meeting "SMEs as Drivers of a Sustainable Recovery", held on 9-10 December, 2021, in Sofia, Bulgaria, co-organised with Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency and Bulgarian Development Bank. INSME is the International Network for Small and Medium Enterprises working under the auspices of the OECD - Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
The 17th INSME Annual Conference aimed at identifying opportunities to enhance SME post-Covid 19 recovery and productivity through innovation and internationalisation; presenting policy best practices aimed at fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems; understanding the current and future role of Business Support Organisations, Development Banks, and SME Promotion Agencies.
During the four sessions the panelists discussed the main challenges and opportunities for SMEs in the post-Covid-19 era, the frame to build resilience and create a nurturing environment for SMEs and how policymakers can support SMEs in enhancing innovation and improving productivity, the role of Development Banks in supporting SMEs, SMEs and Entrepreneurship in South-East Europe, the twin transition toward digitalisation and sustainability.
